A Día de los Muertos Conversation LIVE — October 8, 7 PM Eastern

Día de los Muertos is a time to remember — not with sorrow, but with reverence. It’s a celebration of the cycles that shape us: life, death, and the transformation that connects the two.
This Wednesday, Portal invites you into a heartfelt conversation on what it means to embrace change, release fear, and find beauty in endings.
Embracing Transformation: A Día de los Muertos Conversation will be led by Agnieszka Evenson, Portal organizer, facilitator, and student of conscious transformation. Agnieszka will lead this dialogue on grief, courage, and renewal — inviting us to see how loss can become a portal into deeper life.
Joining her are TWO remarkable guests whose stories illuminate the many paths through transformation:
Dr. Janet Bieschke has spent years walking beside those nearing the end of life, helping them find peace, forgiveness, and meaning in their final days. Her work — and her own healing through dance — reveals that even in the face of loss, there is movement, grace, and the possibility of joy.
Gerardo Urias, author of Taking Back My Mind, shares his journey out of depression and into awakening through psilocybin, breathwork, yoga, and connection with nature. His story is one of rediscovering aliveness — guided by the medicines of the Earth and the wisdom of indigenous tradition.
Together, we’ll explore how grief can become a teacher, how fear can soften into love, and how transformation is not an ending, but a return to wholeness.
