Portal Gatherings is an intimate event in Tepoztlán, Mexico bringing together entrepreneurs, digital nomads, creators, and freedom-minded individuals exploring sovereignty, consciousness, and new ways of living.

Support the Event
Portal Gatherings is intentionally independent. We do not rely on corporate sponsorships or outside funding that could influence the spirit of the event.
Instead, the gathering is supported by the community itself — through attendees, partners, collaborators, and aligned businesses.
Early partners and contributors help make the event possible while securing their place in the experience.
Right now our main focus is on presale tickets and securing initial partners that will help fund the venue and core event production.

Workshop facilitation slot + General Admission ticket
Sprout Partner — $300
Includes all Seed benefits plus main stage presentation, and invitation to the VIP dinner
Roots Partner - $600
Includes all Sprout benefits plus a bed in an on-site shared room (2 beds/2 people per room)
Branch Partner — $900
Includes vendor booth, logo placement on the website, and a dedicated email feature to our mailing list
Bloom Partner — $1,200
Includes all Sprout benefits plus a private room at the event hotel
Fruit Partner — $1,400
Includes all Bloom benefits plus GA and VIP dinner for an additional person (for couples sharing a king bed)
Harvest Partner — $1,700
Includes all Bloom and Branch benefits
Heartwood Partner — $2000
Includes all Harvest benefits plus your logo on all our 2027 printed materials.

Portal welcomes presentations and workshops that align with our themes of sovereignty, self-mastery, consciousness, and building parallel systems.
